Based on 4 Bedroom floor plans, our Residents enjoy their own private bedroom with their own private bath. Residents share a communal kitchen and common dining space. Each Resident also receives utilities included in the rent, we include your Heat, Water, Electricity, Basic Cable-TV and WiFi! Lastly, each room is furnished with an XL twin size bed, dresser and desk and chair and its own mini fridge!

This is the perfect community for traveling nurses, corporate suites, short term stays or for long term living!

Our Community provides to its Residents: Off Street Parking, A Fully Equipped Fitness Center, A Business Area and a Coffee/Tea Bar Which are open Monday to Friday 7 am to 11 pm.

We are located right next door to Bazzano's Pizza, Bobby's Lounge, "Laundry Day at The Village" Laundromat, Visual Changes Salon, Dollar General and Stewarts and close to down town Plattsburgh with all of its Businesses, Restaurants and Bars.
