Safety First
Renaissance Village Suites were built in compliance with federal, state and local building safety and fire codes. The building is equipped with 256 smoke alarms along with 24 fire alarm stations and automated fire sprinklers. City building and safety officials inspect all rooms each year. The parking lot and surrounding property are well-lit, fenced in and have been outfitted with perimeter and building video surveillance for your safety and piece of mind.
Maintenance Requests
Our professional property management team is on duty to assist you 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. Night or weekend emergencies can be called into 518-572-1864. Maintenance request forms are available online, in the the business center and the manager's office. These can be turned into the office manager during office hours or dropped in the box located outside the manager's office.
